MindGauge is the opposite of that: every test runs entirely in your browser, gives you a real number, and tells you in plain language how that number was calculated.

What this site is

How each test is built

Every test on MindGauge is designed around a single, clearly described method — for example, the Reaction Time Test measures the delay between a color change and your click, averaged across five rounds. Before publishing, each test is run by hand multiple times to check that the scoring logic behaves as described and that the result shown matches the methodology explained on that test's page.

How this site is funded

MindGauge is supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdSense and similar networks, which may use cookies to show relevant ads — details are in our Privacy Policy. Advertising never influences a test's scoring or results.
